Advent is a time of waiting.  Waiting for Christmas, waiting for the holidays, and  waiting for postal deliveries.  But the season of Advent is a time of spiritual waiting too.  We are waiting for the arrival of the King - and the Advent of His Kingdom.

Upon the coming of the Kingdom we will experience several things.  We will experience the fullness of God's Salvation, the extent of God's Power over evil, the efficacy of God's Justice and the beauty of God's Peace.

Over the four Sundays of Advent, and then Christmas Eve, we will be thinking together about what it will be like when the Kingdom of God arrives - and helping each other to wait well in the meanwhile.
