He is called the greatest mixed martial arts coach in Africa and that may well be an understatement. He is coach to some incredibly talented and dangerous fighters, he has grown at least 13 EFC champions, his stable boasts champions: Don Madge, Boyd Allen, Gareth “Soldier Boy” Mclellan, Norman “Chef” Wessels. Boyd he coached into a crossover boxing champion. Richie also took Cris Cyborg, the pound for pound greatest female MMA athlete to champion again from her lowest low. Richie teaches law enforcement, military and has a deep understanding violence, and explains his own 3 pillar system of violence. He is a Jiu-Jitsu black belt amongst other disciplines in which he is incredibly highly skilled.
