Validation is not our enemy or downfall, but like everything else! Too much of one thing begins to have an adverse effect. Many of us have become obsessed with receiving external validation and have neglected our necessary ability to validate and celebrate ourselves. It is time for us to stop giving others the power to our sense of fulfillment and worthiness.
Many of us are sitting on great ideas, projects, and ventures, but we are too scared to take the first step. We are overanalyzing every detail to starting this new thing that we get so caught up we never start. Too often we spend too much time and energy contemplating the what-ifs and not enough time taking action.
We have all at some point dealt with sabotage, but the worse of them all is self-sabotage. Too many of us partake in self-sabotage. Whether it's subconscious or conscious behaviors, we fall victim to tactics that hinder our growth and steps to success. Let's dive deeper into how self-sabotage presents itself in our lives and how we resort to it.
Too many of us hope things will get better or go our way in life, and it often seems like our hope wasn't enough. Hope is the surface level and our stepping stone to a deeper level of trust and knowing, Faith. Yes, while you can have both, it is time for us to dive deeper and have Faith in our dreams and desires.
We are continuing last week's discussion of the poison of perfectionism. This episode allows us to look at perfectionism mindfully and provide some tips to help decrease the burden of perfectionism.
Too often, we don't start a project or new venture because we wait for the perfect moment, aspects, or people to come around. We are allowing "perfect" to stop us in our tracks, over accommodate, and overall limit us in life. Perfect is the new procrastination, and it's the draining poison stopping us from living an authentic life that resonates with us.
Many of us try to fix our problems and tap into our happiness and worth through the intervention of external factors. Relying on these external factors to bring a sense of fulfillment and peace to our life can be detrimental when living an authentic life that resonates with our best self! So here are some tips to start implementing into our daily routines to practice self-regulation and tapping into the fulfillment within.
When we think of someone representing us, we imagine they are magnifying the aspects that make us, US. We want to be represented with the best and most authentic foot forward from core beliefs to hobbies. Yet, when it comes to relationships, we present a pseudo representative to force a connection. Whether it's out of fear that who we are is not enough or we have this impulsive desire to please people, it's time to relieve the representative of their duties and present our authentic self and create a connection we can genuinely maintain and grow in.
Relationships are beautiful and loving additions that add another dimension to our lives. But that's what they are... Additions. From society norms, familial and friend approval, and one too many rom-coms, we have shifted to this mindset of needing to be with someone from a place of lack and scarcity. This unhealthy need clouds our source of love, worth, and value; and even prevents us from releasing the relationships that no longer or never did resonate with our best self.
We have all experienced in our life what we consider unfavorable events, whether it's big or small! These moments and events happened some time ago, yet we are still carrying them today! These wounds are unhealed and have become baggage we carry in our present moment, taking the space of the great things life has in store for us. It's time to stop making the circumstances we go through our entire story.
-Let's make room to have a Happy Valentine's Day!
This episode covers the concept of our triggers and how we can minimize the occurrence of the unfavorable emotions, reactions, and outcomes that seem to be tied to our triggering encounters. It's time we take the bandage off wounds that need the surgery of understanding, openness, and forgiveness; so we can truly heal and get out of the cycle of reliving the same triggers through different people and situations.
It is a new year, and you made goals to be a new or better you; now it is the time to step up to the plate to receive the opportunities to make that your reality! We all know the saying, you have not because you ask not, but you also have not because you fail to step into your desires, through the opportunities to become the new or better you!
Happy New Year! This episode highlights where faith can take you even in the most diminutive forms. The key is not time, environmental change, or people; it is simply faith and persistence. I want all of us to be specific, plant the seeds we desire and water them with faith and persistence this year and forever.
Together, let's get out of survival mode going through life. Too many people anticipate the reoccurrence of past hurts and traumas in a new day! While the past is always filled with lessons and experiences that we acquire, it is not supposed to be relived every day in an endless loop. Go deep within, truly learn and heal from past experiences so that you can live today filled with joy, love, and abundance, and leave the past... in the past!
This week's episode hones in on the simple equation to living the life you want and honestly believe you deserve. We identify and confront the habitual subconscious beliefs that reflect in our everyday lives. Together we cover the perception AND the conception of what we truly believe is possible for us and if the faith is really there.
Definition:
Perception is the ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through the senses Conception is the ability to form something in the mind and to develop an understanding
Welcome to Let It Resonate, the first episode of my podcast! We are diving right into the definition of conscious manifesting and three components we can hone in on to make sure we create a life that resonates with us!
