The sixth in a series of meditations to clear, balance and strengthen your chakra system.  The Third Eye Chakra is indigo in color and is located in the center of your forehead between your eyebrows.  This chakra governs self-awareness, higher wisdom, visualization, clarity, discernment, imagination, and creative dreaming.  When in balance you may feel wider perspectives and interconnectedness.
