The third in a series of meditations to clear, balance and strengthen your chakra system.  The Solar Plexus Chakra is yellow in color and is located about 2 inches above you naval.  This is the seat of your personal power and the seed sound is Ram.  As the vibration of Ram cleanses and balance you allow yourself to let go of negativity and insecurity as you recognize your inherent personal power.
