Royce takes us back 31 years to a small farm in Idaho called Ruby Ridge, where FBI agents attempted to wipe out an entire family, the Weavers, whom they deemed enemies of the state, after U.S. Marshals had initiated a firefight against them. 
The catalyst for this criminal action was the ATF's enforcement of a Constitutionally illegal law known as the National Firearms Act of 1934.
