Through the art of comedy, professional comedian and bestselling author Aidan Park will help teens and adults build confidence, foster connections, and ultimately break stigma, allowing them to feel validated and less isolated in the world.
- Each workshop, led by Aidan, is 4 hours long with 1 hour for lunch provided by NAMI OC. (We like to stress FREE FOOD! lol!)
- All workshops are at no-cost and open to the community.
- Anyone 15 and older can participate.
- At the end of the workshop, all participants will get the (optional) chance to perform their comedy piece on stage in front of their peers.
- There will be partnering organizations at the event, sharing their resources with participants as well.
