Andrew Francis, Shift Labs partner discusses his subconscious childhood decision that he wasn’t enough .  He explores how he learned to wear masks, and be whoever he thought others wanted him to be and the immense cost associated with pretending. By pretending to be something he wasn’t he wound up manipulating and, deceiving those he cared for. Facing the truth of who he had become forced him into making a new choice to leave a marriage that was built on the lies he created about himself. Coming to terms with his shame and sharing those struggles with others helped shift Andrew into a desire to inspire others live with integrity
