Shaun Tan is the Co-Founder of Inclus, a social enterprise founded in 2018 working towards helping people with disabilities gain employment and equal opportunities for independent living.

Shaun hopes  that everyone can embrace diversity and open up to different perspectives as this will propagate an inclusive society  through the trickle-down effect.  He believes  neuro-diversity to be a  significant and important dimension of diversity. It is important to provide better job opportunities and accessibility to create inclusive workplaces and society for the differently abled.
