Wide Angle Conversations is an initiative of Life By Design with Taruna Aggarwal. We are based in Singapore.
Kalaivani Fernando is  the Founding director of Vasantham Vision Trust, an NGO  based in Sri Lanka, focusing on female and child development.** They run English Literacy program, Mobiles Libraries for schools in rural areas and self-defence classes for girls.

Kalaivani  is a full-time educator in a school in Singapore. She takes us through her amazing and inspiring  journey of building  an NGO from ground up and in her own way create  an inclusive culture and equal opportunities for all children.
