Mukta Arya is the Head of Human Resources APAC for Société Générale**. She is a creative and agile HR professional  with over 24 years of experience .

Her company's DEI focus is  on Gender, LGBTQ+, Culture and Differently Abled. Everybody is equal and the differences in people because of race, religion, gender etc. should be celebrated  and leveraged and  individuals should feel comfortable in bringing their whole selves to the organization. Mukta talks about the future of work and shares with us strategies she applied for mental wellbeing during CoVid lockdown and WFH scenarios.
