Laletha Nithiyanandan is a seasoned entrepreneur who started her first venture  Business Trends, a recruitment services business  in Singapore in 1979,  at the age of 20 and there has been no stopping her since then!

She is currently very actively involved in several business and community projects.  With her extensive business experience, entrepreneurial skills and corporate leadership experience in the Asia Pacific region, she feels strongly about making a positive contribution to any venture she is  gets involved in.

She takes us through her journey and talks to us about strategies that make successful entrepreneurs. Her people-focus, empathy and humility stood out in the conversation, truly the mark of an authentic leader and human being .
