We're back! Happy New Year and bring on 2023!
On The Runs is ready to kick off year two with an amazing guest as we welcome Amanda to the Pod (8:30) and hear her stories blowing chunks at her first marathon to running in Paradise all while eating pizza and drinking beer! 
Eric and Erika catch up after the holidays and introduce a new intro song to the pod, plus talk about a few new and exciting things to expect in 2023 and year 2 of the Pod.
