The Stepping-Stones Series

Featuring Full Circle Moments

A Podcast on wealth, health and well being

Season 2, Episode 8: Pace & Progress

Mentally, developing your own pace is the most important thing you can do to avoid discouragement on your journey and to make progress in any area. That is what I am discussing this week. The simple act of defining your pace helps to prevent the pitfalls of a cycle. Cycles are disruptive and it takes a lot to start again. Determine what your capacity is, develop a realistic pace in the area that you aspire to be in, then practise consistency. The correct pace will counteract cycles. How you measure your progress can also help tremendously.

This podcast is focused on five major areas of wellness. I call it “The Circle of Empowerment”. Just picture a circle with an inner core and an outer core. The inner core of the circle is the spiritual, the nucleus of the circle. This touches all the other four areas of the outer core of the circle. The outer core of the circle focuses on the other areas of wellness: mental, physical, emotional, and financial.

Word of the day:

It is the small things that has the biggest impact, so do not discount your little.
