Kimberly, Sonia, and Jonathan answer a question from Vincent in Syracuse: “My wife worked with a coach and liked it. She told me she talked with her about things like self-limiting beliefs and overcoming her barriers. I may be eligible for coaching this year but wonder if it is just some kind of corporate therapy? Coaches are not therapists, right? But are sure sounds like they are working in the same arena.”

Sonia provides Vincent with nine definitions of the coaching experience.

Kimberly has both psychology and coaching training to give Vincent perspective on when to best engage each.

Jonathan explains the differences by using time frames and purpose of each practice.

And that is barely the beginning!
