“I’m interviewing because I want to work for a good boss. A friend suggested that understanding the culture also matters. What do you think I should focus on?”

Sonia suggests to Nanette that learning “what work’s here?” allows for much information to come out that gets to the core of the culture.

Jonathan looks for any discrepancies between their stated values or definition of the culture and what actually gets rewarded.
