Welcome to another My Why from Claire Sandys (co-host of The Silent Why).
My Why episodes are weekly audio shorts of my latest blog post. If you'd prefer to read it, instead of listen, you can visit:thesilentwhy.com/post/lostinside
This week I’m talking about how it feels to lose a sense of who you are inside - whether due to a medical condition, grief, loss or anxiety. I share a blog analogy I wrote while in the middle of a condition called PMDD, which took away my clear mind and sense of self for months (into years) leaving me riddled with anxiety and a general sense of blue-ness. Plus a whole heap of antsy! I also offer my top tips for survival.
