macOS bug in Spotlight; Evernote is working on it. For what it’s worth, I’m using macOS High Sierra (10.13.6) and Spotlight is working for me. So, perhaps it’s something that happens with Spotlight’s code in Mojave that changed. Evernote is working on fixing that.
Note: Versions 6.19 is supported in Windows OS versions 7 and up.

Fixed an error in export option when selecting all notes (Ctrl + A)
Cursor jumps to beginning of note body during sync while editing note in shared notebook
