The GP Patient Survey is published in July every year and provides feedback on the patient experience at GP Practices everywhere in the country. Practices must review and act on the results. 

In this video we look at key online resources and will:

• Understanding the survey itself and how it is used
• Take a tour around the GP Patient Survey website
• Explore the available tools that can make it easier to engage with
• Consider some criticisms and some benefits of this survey
• Discuss how practices and PCNs can put results to positive use to improve care
