Very important conversation had on todays episode.
We had an insightful conversation where we delved into intergenerational trauma alongside Dr Nirvanka, a psychiatrist, from Foundation House Australia and Omar a representative from Shooters Shoot.
This podcast was in collaboration with the boys at Shooter Shoot who managed to raise $16,000 at their inaugural basketball tournament which aimed to draw attention to mental well being and to support communities across Melbourne.
