Callye grew up in manufacturing moving from production to design to management. He has collaboratively developed 100s of products with entrepreneurs, corporations, and Government organizations. The firsthand experience seeing successes, setbacks, and obstacles lead to the development of a new framework for physical product development. Callye founded Red Blue Collective to provide the strategy, information, resources to those looking to create and manufature their own ideas into reality. Callye has run startup incubators, guest lectured at universities, and spoken at major trade shows.
