A lot of people get frustrated on their spiritual or personal growth path.

Why am I still struggling with this?
Why does this feel uncomfortable?
Why am I meeting resistance if I “know better”?

In this episode, I talk about why resistance is not a sign that you’re failing - it’s often a sign that you’re remembering who you are.

This path isn’t about becoming someone better, more healed, or more evolved. It’s about reconnecting to what’s already true beneath old patterns, identities, and survival strategies.

Resistance shows up because what you’re releasing once felt familiar and safe. Even when it no longer serves you, your nervous system may still read it as protection.

When you understand this, something shifts:

  • You stop making resistance mean you’re broken
  • You stop trying to force yourself through growth
  • You begin meeting yourself with more patience and compassion

This episode is an invitation to see discomfort differently - not as a problem to solve, but as part of the remembering process.

An “oh… that’s why this feels hard.”
A reminder that you’re not behind, you’re growing.
