Cecile Demailly comes to the Swamp to share insights from her book “The Middle Manager’s Survival Guide.” Cecile spent almost twenty years as one of those “middles” in global organizations. She brings her lessons learned from that world and adds fifteen years of experience helping the middle manager community as a consultant.
