Your property management lease allows you to sign leases on behalf of the property owner, but are you doing this legally? In the “old days” the word of the property manager was acceptable, but now that’s not enough. Today you need a power of attorney form that gives you specific rights to sign the lease on behalf of the owner.  But what about foreign owners?
