In episode 44, I sit down for a chat with Seb Alex to talk about how we can live more mindfully for all other forms of life with who we share this planet. This way, we can thrive within ourselves while doing our part towards a more harmonious and loving world, so that the world can thrive for generations to come.

Seb started his career in Architecture, before leaving deciding to choose work that completely aligned with his values. Since then, Seb has dedicated his life to animal rights advocacy, where he has spoken at universities and run workshops for thousands of people across the UK, Australia and Europe. Seb is also involved in different projects for for humans in need, such as starting up the Lebanese Vegan Social club to help feed and provide a space for the locals after the 2020 explosion in Beirut.

In this episode, we talk about the idea at the core of all injustice, how animal rights and human rights are born out of the same values, what defines a sentient being, do fish feel pain, the unseen impacts from our dietary choices, and how we can start to live more consciously for the wider world.

I hope that you find this episode informative and inspiring for you to continue living in alignment and contribution. Enjoy :)
