Trang’s journey to do what she does now started with her own crisis in her mid-20’s. After a lifetime of hard work, Trang found herself successfully working as a Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach. However, she felt that something was still missing, and lacked the deep fulfilment she’d thought success would bring. After doing a lot of awareness and development work on herself, she found that she still hadn’t aligned her work to her heart’s purpose, eventually leading to her career change and helping others to do the same
