A mysterious injured foreign man is found dying in the woods of Chipman NB. After the town decides they can't handle his medical expenses, he disappears. Coincidentally, around the same time he goes missing in New Brunswick, a mysterious legless man washes up on the beach of Sandy Cove, Nova Scotia.
