It's been many times that we all have suffered hated by someone or the other in life...  It's impossible sometimes not to forgive those whom we hate... But in the Bible, King David, express extreme dislike and intolerance of those who hate the Lord God.  He also seeks the Lord's guidance to remove anything that he holds in his heart that is against the way of the Lord.
