About the guest speaker डॉ. ईशान आर्य एक विश्वविद्यालय व्याख्याता, छात्र संघ के सदस्य, बोर्ड और अकादमिक विश्वविद्यालयों के लिए मतदान सदस्य के रूप में काम करते हैं। वह यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि कक्षा में सीखना सुलभ, समावेशी और सभी छात्रों की जरूरतों के अनुसार हो। पाठ योजनाएं और वितरण, वैकल्पिक मूल्यांकन या परीक्षा व्यवस्था विशेष आवश्यकताओं वाले छात्रों के लिए सीखने की पहुंच योजनाओं के अनुसार योजना बनाई जाती है।

(This story talks about learning and gaining knowledge through institutions which are accessible to all. Dr. Eshan Arya talks about how learning and teaching plans are made inclusive and accommodative according to different needs of the students.

About the guest speaker Dr. Eshan Arya works as a university lecturer, member of student union, voting member for board and academic universities. He makes sure that the learning in classroom is accessible, inclusive, and according to needs of all students. Lesson plans and delivery, alternate assessments or exam arrangements are planned according to Learning access plans for students with special needs.
