In the second episode of the Good Shepherd podcast, we were delighted to be joined by Tom Hayden and Sunny Dhadley. Tom is the Head of Operations at the Good Shepherd, who recently marked three years leading the charity.  Sunny, whom for many years had a leadership role with SUIT in Wolverhampton, is now a leading voice in the world of social leadership, a renowned public speaker and consultant, and senior advisor to the NHS around health and justice.  In a very wide-ranging podcast the two discuss their own life experiences, thoughts on how best to help people during recovery and why everyone should always be given the chance to achieve.
