Tie Down Roper, Riley Webb, might be listed as a rookie in his first year in the PRCA, but that did not slow Webb down at the Reno Rodeo, as the 18 year old came out on top to set him up in the Resistol Rookie standings and move him into the Top 15 in the Ram PRCA World Standings.  Talk Rodeo brought to you by OLS Tubs!!
