Casey Jo is a full time dental hygienist, wife, and mother of two. However, at just 30 years old, her world stopped when she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Casey states “my life hasn’t been the same since!”

Singer-songwriter, Townsend, hosts these livestreams once a week for her project "You're Not Alone." These interviews address a variety of topics ranging from OCD to eating disorders. The end goal of these chats is to bring important conversation to the table to help increase awareness, spread love, and encourage people feel less alone.
