In this episode I talk with Sharon Thomas. Sharon is the Operations Manager for Lighthouse for Perth, a mental health organisation based in Perth and Kinross. 

Sharon shares with us some of the work that Lighthouse does for anyone over the ages of 12, with a particular focus here on talking about the younger people she and her team work with. We talk about how the challenges and attitudes facing young people can impact on their mental health. Sharon also explains how Lighthouse supports with 'crisis intervention' and how that can really help those who need it.
