Making these things remotely is MUCH HARDER THAN YOU COULD POSSIBLE IMAGINE, particularly when your son touches your laptop in a Special Place, forcing you to reinstall windows in the hour prior to recording, and then you forget to install the audio drivers for the sound interface, so it records off the laptop mic, and then it stops midway, and and and and and OK I WANT MY STUDIO BACK.
