Andrea Reynolds is the founder and CEO of Swoop, a firm which has developed a platform designed to simplify access to loans, grants and equity funding for SMEs. Since the business was set up in 2017, more than 75,000 businesses have used their software platform to find £500m in funding. She chats to us about her life and career.
