My guest, Marisol Constanza felt exactly that after a missions trip she took to the Dominican Republic. She saw such a need for help in the village she visited that she just knew she had to do something about it. She went back home to Chicago and talked to the person in charge of that missions trip and expressed her desire to help some more... but let me not tell you the whole story... Marisol is here to share her story of how Army of the Kind (AOTK) went from something in her heart to a beautiful reality, a non profit organization that is now helping hundreds of children, families, villages in countries like Haiti, Peru, Dominican Republic and Africa.

AOTK was founded by Marisol in 2011 with a very clear mission: to feed hungry children around the world physically, mentally, educationally and spiritually as they move towards the goal of stopping the cycle of poverty. Their vision is a world where orphans can become more than just the next statistic.
