Sarah is a life coach and counselor for the adolescent and young adult community. Her practice is located in Bergen County and she sees clients both in person and virtually.  She holds a social work license in the state of New Jersey which is comforting to clients because her background in therapy helps guide her in her practice. However the work she does with her clients is goal-oriented and focuses on reaching future aspirations. Sarah was previously the assistant director of the guidance department at a Yeshiva in New Jersey. Sarah has around fifteen years of experience working with the adolescent population both in camp and school settings. Her background as a social worker, experienced group leader, program coordinator, school counselor, and youth educator has helped motivate her to start up her own practice. Sarah is passionate about the work she does and aims to create a safe, supportive and motivating space for her clients.
