Michael Pennisi is a full-time real estate broker whose career includes award-winning recognition on a local, national and international stage. He currently serves as the Branch Vice President of the Coldwell Banker Maplewood Office, where he leads over 90 real estate sales associates and staff.

Since his arrival, Coldwell Banker Maplewood rose from the least productive office in the company to one of the most productive. In 2017, the Maplewood Office had the "Highest Profit Improvement" out of all offices in the company. Michael was named the "Top Recruiting Broker" in the NYC Metro and among the Top 50 Brokers internationally for NRT. In 2017, Michael was also named to the prestigious "NRT President's Council", an award honoring the Top 20% of Managers. NRT, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, is the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage.

In 2012, Michael was selected as a member of the National Association of Realtor's "30 Under 30" Class of 2012. This highly coveted award spotlights 30 of the continent's best real estate professionals under the age of the 30.

Michael began his real estate career in 2006 with Burgdorff ERA Realtors. In his first year, he was honored with the "Rising Star" Award given to the top producing first-year agents in the company. This tradition of excellence continued as he earned the "NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award" for his outstanding sales performance. He was also featured as a "Five Star Real Estate Agent" by New Jersey Monthly from 2010 through 2016 and "Associate of the Month" in his Summit office numerous times.

On a national level, Michael currently serves as a member of both the National Association of Realtor's YPN Advisory Board and the Housing Opportunity Committee. He is a proud supporter of the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC). He invests in RPAC annually as a President's Circle member and will complete the YPN Pledge in 2018.
