Dave has been in the real estate business his entire professional life which spans 5 decades. That sounds like he’s old. On the contrary! He began in real estate sales in his college days and then to management, sales, investment, sales, building and to own a brokerage for 21 years.

He is dedicated to giving his clients honest, direct feedback, and sparing them from the high-pressure sales tactics often employed by industry peers. Dave uses his experience as a developer, builder, property manager and entrepreneur to provide his clients with realistic insights on potential issues and real-world solutions and costs.
