It is that time of my life once again. Now and then I decide that I want to try and be a little bit healthier and now that decision is being taken by my own body.

Because I have been spending more time sitting down and spending more time at home, I get the chance to be a little bit more lazy, so my body have been feeling it.

I have decided to go and get back to start exercising for the sake of my elderly body. lol

I will need you to keep me in check because I am pretty sure this journey won't be easy, specially until it picks ups and I am in the rhythm 😀
