a room where everyone already knows each other, and you're starting from zero.
the actual mechanics of carrying yourself well when nobody knows you yet. what your body says before you open your mouth.
the women who walk into a room and seem instantly at ease aren't more confident than everyone else, they just stopped believing the room needed convincing.
most advice about confidence assumes you're anxious and trying to mask it. this isn't that. this is for the woman who already knows her worth and just needs to let it come through without forcing it.

What you're missing while you're talking.
The most intelligent women in the room are often the ones saying the least. They've learned something most people never figure out: the people who win socially, professionally and romantically aren't the ones who reveal the most. They're the ones who notice the most.
In this episode, I talk about why ambitious women are especially prone to talking before they've gathered enough information, and why that habit may be costing them in dating, friendships, and their careers.
You'll learn:
This episode is for the woman who is smart, capable and genuinely putting forward effort, but keeps ending up disappointed by situations that seemed promising at first.

You achieve the goal.
And then almost immediately, your brain creates another one.
A bigger apartment.
A better job.
More money.
A new city.
The next milestone.
For years, I thought this was ambition.
Lately, I'm starting to wonder if it's something else.
After spending the last several years in the United States and recently moving to Italy, I've become fascinated by the difference between how Americans and Europeans think about success.
Americans seem obsessed with becoming.
Europeans seem more interested in being.
One culture asks, "What could your life become?"
The other asks, "What is your life like right now?"
In this episode, we talk about why so many ambitious people struggle to enjoy their lives, why the finish line keeps moving and the unexpected lesson Italy is teaching me about success, presence and what all this striving is actually for.
If you've ever caught yourself thinking:
"I'll be happy when..."
This episode is for you.

Why does life sometimes feel heavier than it actually is?
In this episode, I talk through the difference between women who feel “heavy” and women who feel light, and the subtle habits that create that feeling.
This isn’t about having an easy life. It’s about moving through your life in a way that feels calmer, cleaner, and more self-assured.
If you’ve been overthinking, holding on too long, or feeling like everything requires too much energy, this episode will shift how you see it.

What actually happens in the first 72 hours after you move to a new country alone?
I’ve been in Milan for about a week now, and I keep thinking about the first 72 hours.
Everything technically works. You got there, your bags are unpacked, you know where a few things are. But nothing feels automatic yet. You’re slightly off in every interaction, even the simple ones, and you realize how much of your confidence is tied to familiarity.
In this episode, I’m walking through what those first few days actually felt like for me, the small moments that caught me off guard, and the few things that helped me get grounded quickly.
If you’re about to move, or you’re in the beginning of something new, this is the part people don’t really talk about. But it’s the part that sets the tone for everything else.
This episode will help you move through that initial phase with more clarity, confidence, and intention, instead of feeling lost in it.

This episode is about starting over in your twenties… again. The decision itself, but also everything around it. Leaving a life that works. Choosing something less certain. Trusting that instinct that says “go,” even when you can’t fully explain it.
I talk about why I said yes to this move, how I’m thinking about money and lifestyle this time, and what it means to build a life for yourself in a new place where no one knows you.

We live in a world that constantly tells us to do more. More chasing. More proving. More explaining. But for women, more does not always equal better.
In this episode, I'm unpacking the idea that for women, doing less can often create better outcomes than doing more. I share my thoughts on choosing fewer priorities at once, speaking less in conversations, and understanding the difference between effort and struggle.

Most money advice for women in their 20s focuses on spending less, playing it safe and waiting until you feel “educated.” This episode makes the case for the opposite.
In this episode, you’ll learn why conservative advice keeps ambitious women stuck, why waiting to feel ready to invest is a losing strategy, how to think about money as something you learn by doing and where to get information from.
I share transparently the frameworks I use, how I think about risk, and how I allocate across different asset classes. If you’re a woman in your 20s who wants to understand money deeply, not just manage it cautiously, this episode is for you.

Twenty Something is a podcast on croissants, cappuccinos and corporate life. Documenting pre-retirement, and proving — once and for all — that brunettes have more fun. On this podcast I discuss the finer things in life, what makes for happiness, the little things that make life more beautiful and how I'm becoming the ultimate version of myself. The preface is to document lessons to my future daughter, as an audio journal. Hope you like and enjoy.

Once you sign the job, you have to actually do the job.
In episode 10, we talk about how to succeed in your summer internship. While I focus on consulting internships, these tips can be applied to any level of job in a professional services firm (law, investment banking) or other corporate role. We talk about how to prepare for an internship, make a good first impression, appear more organized and various ways to take initiative to stand out from other candidates. Lastly, we talk about how to gain visibility to senior leadership and the benefits of being a social butterfly. Internships can be stressful and high-pressure, but with the tips I've accumulated over two summer internships and numerous conversations you'll be on track to get a sign-back offer with ease. The key: Work smarter, not harder.

As you travel solo, being completely responsible for yourself, it is inevitable that you will discover just how capable you are. A 10-minute rant that covers all the reasons your twenties are the best time to travel alone. This episode aims to convince you of two things: (1) Travel in your twenties, as much as possible, and (2) do it alone. I’ve been going on solo trips since I was 16 years old and at 22, they're still my favourite. Sneak peek: A switch up in environment can spark revolutionary ideas, you build confidence, are not reliant your friends following through on plans, you have time to reflect and you may end up finding your dream city.
