Written in about 2002 when they were about 13, 10 and 7. Three themes all distinctive  and different and yet they interact pretty well. When its fast they're all going at the same time - amazing energy. By the end of the tune they all come back together and run out of steam. Like a day on the beach, or at the park or on the home made ( and potentially lethal ) skatepark.
