This week, Dan chats with John O'Connor to discuss the legal charges against and indictment of Donald Trump.
John O’Connor is an experienced trial lawyer, practicing law in San Francisco since 1972. He has tried cases in state and federal court throughout the country.
He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Northern California, representing the United States in both criminal and civil cases. Among his interesting assignments have been representation of the government during the OPEC oil embargo of the 1970s; writing Fifth Amendment and “state of mind” briefs for the prosecution in United States v. Patricia Hearst; representing the FDIC, FSLC and RTC during the savings and loan crisis of the late 1980s and early 1990s; representing California Attorney General Dan Lungren in campaign-related litigation; defending R.J. Reynolds Tobacco in significant smoking and health litigation; representing Coach Don Nelson in litigation with Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban; and representing W. Mark Felt regarding the revelation of his identity as Deep Throat.
His father, John C. O’Connor, was a former FBI agent, a prominent Indianapolis lawyer and Democratic politician, and senior partner in the Indianapolis law firm of Ruckelshaus, Bobbitt and O’Connor.
John is married, the father of three grown children, and resides in Marin County, California with his wife, the former Janet Goldman.
This week, Dan charts with Curtis Hill - a conservative candidate for governor of Indiana. Curtis is a lifelong Hoosier, born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana, who has spent his entire life serving his community and state.
The youngest of five children, Curtis grew up in a working-class family. His father served in the U.S. Army before working as a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service and as a successful insurance agent. His mother was a licensed beautician and designed her own clothing company.
Curtis’ parents embody the American experience, and they played an instrumental role in making Curtis the leader he is today. In the 1960s, Curtis’ family was the first to integrate their neighborhood. His father was a civil rights activist and president of the local NAACP. His father’s activism influenced many of Curtis’ childhood experiences. Growing up in a community hesitant to change, Curtis witnessed attacks against the Hill family that became increasingly personal and violent, including an attack during which a Molotov cocktail was thrown onto the roof of their home. One of Curtis’ earliest memories is from the following day — when his father brought home a brand new shotgun, taught his children how to use it, and placed the loaded gun behind his bedroom door, where it remained until the day he died. Curtis’ father did not live in fear and did not let the threats deter his family or force them to move.
These experiences instilled in Curtis a fighting spirit and a dedication to the rule of law. Curtis’ father influenced his life and taught him about courage, conviction, and leading by example. His mother was a testament to strength and independence. Despite adversity and obstacles, Curtis’ parents stood firm in their beliefs and instilled in him a zeal for life, liberty, and the pursuit of justice.
After graduating from Elkhart Central High School, Curtis enrolled at Indiana University Bloomington, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and, immediately after, his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law. It is also where Curtis met and fell in love with his wife, Teresa. Fate brought them together, and faith bound them to one another for the rest of their lives. After law school, Curtis moved back to Elkhart to begin practicing law. Not long after, he and Teresa, a schoolteacher, were married. Together, they are the proud parents of five children.
This week Dan chats with Chadwick Moore. Chad is an author, journalist, and contributing editor at The Spectator. He has written for the New York Times, New York Post, Playboy, Breitbart, The Advocate and Out magazines, among others. Chadwick was a regular guest on Tucker Carlson Tonight, including appearing on its final episode, and remains a fixture on several Fox News programs. This week Dan chats with Alicia Miller. Alicia is the Executive Director of Our Mother’s Home of SWFL, Inc., whose mission is to empower young women by breaking the cycle of generational poverty. She is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic planning of the organization. She is also in charge of fundraising, marketing, and community outreach to help support the unique environment for young mothers in foster care and their babies.
Alicia graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Secondary Education. She was previously the Executive Director for The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center and the Adoption Specialist for The Children’s Network. Her previous experience with the foster care system, along with her desire to be a role model and leader for young women in the community led her to Our Mother’s Home.
In 2019, Alicia was named one of Gulfshore Business’ 40 Under 40 and in 2020, Alicia was recognized as the Cape Coral Community Foundation’s Executive Director of the Year. Alicia is also involved with The Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and in 2021, was listed as one of three APEX, Women in Business finalists.
Alicia is a dog-lover, avid reader, female empowerment enthusiast, and loves American Sign Language! She is also a huge college football fan and is currently the Vice President of the SWFL Gator Club. She enjoys spending time with her family, French Bull dog, Dobby, and helping the community.

But Knight has a competitor - the Canadian government, which also publishes its own guidebooks and challenges him in what he is doing, even to the point of charging him royalties for using standard electric terms stating it is all owned by them.

Walter Blanks Jr. is the Press Secretary for AFC and a private school choice program beneficiary. Richard Samuel Morris (born November 28, 1948) is an American political author and commentator who previously worked as a pollster, political campaign consultant, and general political consultant.
A friend and advisor to Bill Clinton during his time as Governor of Arkansas and since his 1978 run, Morris became a political adviser to the White House after Clinton was elected president in 1992. Morris encouraged Clinton to pursue Third Way policies of triangulation that combined traditional Republican and Democratic proposals, rhetoric, and issues so as to achieve maximum political gain and popularity. He worked as a Republican strategist before joining the Clinton administration, where he helped Clinton recover from the Republican Revolution by advising him to adopt more moderate policies. The president consulted Morris in secret beginning in 1994.[9] Clinton's communications director George Stephanopoulos has said, "Over the course of the first nine months of 1995, no single person had more power over the president."[10] Morris went on to become campaign manager of Clinton's successful 1996 bid for re-election as president, but his tenure on that political campaign was cut short two months before the election, when it was revealed that he had not only solicited a prostitute but also allowed her to listen in on conversations with the President.
Morris now writes a weekly column for the New York Post that is carried nationwide, and contributes columns and blogs to both the print and online versions of The Hill. He is also president of Vote.com. By 2005, Morris had emerged as a harsh critic of the Clintons and wrote several books that criticize them, including Rewriting History, a rebuttal to then-U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton's Living History.[citation needed]
Morris was the strategist for Republican Christy Mihos's campaign in the 2010 Massachusetts gubernatorial election, and supported Mitt Romney in 2012, predicting that he would achieve a landslide victory. Blogger Andrew Sullivan has named an annual award after Morris, given for "stunningly wrong political, social and cultural predictions". He has appeared in the past on the Fox News for political commentary, especially appearing on The O'Reilly Factor and Hannity. After the 2012 presidential election, Morris did not appear on Fox News for three months, and the network ultimately opted not to renew his contract.
