The topic of this podcast is The Power of Your Why. At the end of this episode, I want us to come away with a solid understanding of WHY we, as career professionals, decided to become and persist as adult educators. This week I want us to think about why we teach. I have found that this might not always be a straightforward answer.  It is usually fairly easy for us to tell or articulate our how we got into teaching….but not so much the “why we got into teaching.” I like to think of the HOW as the brain/body part and the WHY as the heart/soul part.
