We all have routines. It's likely that when we go to work, run daily errands and simply go out for the day, everything will continue as usual. However, this was not the case in the DC Beltway back in 2002. Between October 2-22 of that year, John Allen Muhammed and his companion Lee Boyd Malvo executed violent attacks by using sniper tactics against local citizens in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas. For three weeks, people were terrified that they, too, would be shot at as they went about their day.
