This episode is part one of a multi-series conversation I'll be having with various guests and breaking down strategies and practices focused on setting boundaries.

The series is kicked off by a conversation with Rachel Smith, my lifelong friend, and owner and operator of Cakes By Rach, a custom cake design business located in Utah. This means our boundary conversation covers the day-to-day of a mom of two/wife/entrepreneur but also the need for boundaries with in-laws, parents, and everyone in between that we all have. Boundaries can look like how you schedule time for yourself and stick to a routine, or they can look like prioritizing your peace of mind over accommodating everyone's plans, and much more.

I hope you feel like you're joining our conversation as we come to conclusions together on how to find out what needs to happen in order to know what your boundaries are. This episode doesn't answer all the questions about boundaries, but it will invite listeners to ask some questions they may have not considered before, in order to create the boundaries they desire.
