👉Leadership can be extremely simple. 
🌩️But more often than not, we allow “busy” to cloud our judgement. 

Today I want to share with you my favourite analogy. 
An analogy that I have used and continue to use to help leaders shift their mindset & maximise their time in order to have a greater impact on their people and business. 

This may be confronting, or it may be your “Ah ha” moment –  you know, the light switch going off in your mind?
