We all do it. We look back over our lives - but for different reasons. Sometimes, it's to make sure we aren't making the same mistakes. Sometimes, it's to relive great memories. But sometimes, the time we spend back there is dangerous, and the places our minds want to camp out are no good for us.  Let's have a look at looking back.
