This episode was unexpected! I had planned to talk about something else but 10 mins in, I decided to keep on talking about myself haha! No, seriously though, really it's about sharing my journey with you. As I say in my opening dialogue, we're all on this journey together, so it's only fair that I share what comes up for me. 

In this episode I am completely open and raw on what beliefs have held me back for years.
