Earlier in life, it is convenient to excuse poor decisions by labeling them and myself.
Before there were SME who educated us on the power of the words we speak.
I would used derogatory and at times defamatory language to define my own mistakes.
Those choice words like weights around my mindset.
Those burdens literally weighing down perspectives limiting potential. I was living into the person I was verbally describing.

There’s and old axiom that says “the words you speak become the house you live in.”
How often do we allow our fear to manifest and stop our progress ? Words misspoken aloud changes our outcome before we even begin.
Study’s proved that when we speak negative words they release stress and anxiety-inducing hormones.
Some of us are in the habit of using the same negative words over and over again out of habit. The problem is that the more we hear, read, or speak a word or phrase, the more the spoken word power it has over us.
Our 5 practical applications for the power of positive speak
This is because the brain uses repetition to learn, searching for patterns and consistency as a way to make sense of the world around us.
